Products of our Imagination

It’s always astonishing. A young curiosity for creating. Creating with our hands, and holding the product of our imagination.

At an arts and crafts show a young girl watched over my shoulders, attempting to learn how I twisted the copper wire into trees and swirls. She garnered courage to ask, but no words came out. I asked if she’d like to try. She said she would. It was minutes and she was flying through the motions of an artist, changing a few steps, on purpose, making this new image her own.

At a young age, we realize our creative potential. We mimic the author of life, the architect and creator of the world. We never know who is watching. So we live our lives in creative spaces, joining efforts and entwining ideas for capturing beauty in a world we long to dwell as creator of our small space of lovely, delightful imaginings.
